All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, ​​the same day from Monday to Friday if you place the order before 1:00 p.m. Orders after 1:00 p.m. will be sent the next business day. Delivery times will depend on your shipping address, but all orders are tracked from our facilities to your door.

As we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. You can request a change of address by writing in the contact form by selecting the "Change of address" section, these will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been sent to our warehouse, we will process its cancellation if possible.

To facilitate the change, use the "Change of address" section in the contact form. Address change emails not worded in this way will not be processed.

We are in more than 1,500 pharmacies in Spain, due to data policy we cannot offer information on which ones. You can also find us in beach clubs and some water sports stores.
