Shipping - From Barcelona to the Sun
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, the same day from Monday to Friday if you place the order before 1:00 p.m. Orders after 1:00 p.m. will be sent the next business day. Delivery times will depend on your shipping address, but all orders are tracked from our facilities to your door.
*Shipping may suffer delays for which KREAM® cannot be responsible, we will appreciate any understanding.
Can I change my address?
As we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. You can request a change of address by writing in the contact form by selecting the "Change of address" section, these will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been sent to our warehouse, we will process its cancellation if possible.
To facilitate the change, use the "Change of address" section in the contact form. Address change emails not worded in this way will not be processed.
What happens if my order is in the hands of local customs?
If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer/customer's responsibility to contact their local customs and arrange their order to clear customs. KREAM® is not responsible for contacting customs officials or refunding any order that is rejected by local customs and returned to KREAM®.
KREAM® provides all documents necessary to clear customs with each order.
Delivery
If your package is marked "delivered" by the local postal service, but you do not physically have your package, it is up to the customer, not KREAM®, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, KREAM® is not responsible for refunding or reshipping your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Can I use a PO Box at my shipping address?
If you choose a courier service to ship your order, your shipping address must be a street address and must contain a mobile phone number so the courier can call you if delivery confirmation is needed. If your order ships with regular mail shipping, then it's okay to use a PO Box at your address.
Returns
Can I cancel my order?
KREAM® aims to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been shipped to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.
In order to do so, all emails regarding cancellations must be made from the "Contact - "Cancel Order" section. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not made in this way will not be accepted. will be refunded.
Can I return my product and exchange or refund?
KREAM® will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; No refunds will be made for products that have been opened or returned damaged. To return a product, go to the "Contact - I want to return my product" section. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Gift with purchase products cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
It has arrived damaged or it is not as expected
If the purchased product is faulty or you feel it is not as advertised, please email us at info@kream.fun before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Most of our products are suitable for vegans since at Kream we do not test on animals. You can check this information in the product sheet of each one.
Do products expire?
Kream products have a shelf life of one year from their opening. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
