How does my Kream product arrive?
Our product arrives in a 100% recyclable material design box, so it arrives as protected as possible. You will find inside a case designed exclusively for Kream customers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse daily, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will ship the same day. Those made after 1:00 p.m. will be sent the next business day.

Spain (Balearic Islands) Service: Express Mail Delivery 48/72h (There may be some modification depending on the island)

Can I change my address?
As we process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. All address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been shipped to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.
All address change related emails should be headlined "Address Change" in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your details for you before your order ships.
Change of address emails not titled in this way will not be processed.
What happens if my order is in the hands of local customs?
If your order is held by customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and arrange for their order to clear customs. KREAM® is not responsible for contacting customs officials or refunding any orders that are rejected by local customs and returned to KREAM®.
KREAM® provides all the necessary documents to clear customs with each order.
If your package is marked "delivered" by the local postal service, but you do not physically have your package, it is up to the customer, not KREAM®, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, KREAM® is not responsible for refunding or reshipping your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Can I use a PO Box at my shipping address?
If you choose a courier service to ship your order, your shipping address must be a street address and must contain a mobile phone number so the courier can call you if delivery confirmation is needed. If your order ships with regular mail shipping, then it's okay to use a PO Box at your address.
Can I cancel my order?
KREAM® aims to ship all orders within 1 business day of order receipt, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not shipped to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.
All cancellation related emails should be headlined "Cancel Order" in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
Cancellations not titled in this way will not be refunded.
Can I return my order and exchange or refund?
KREAM® will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; No refunds will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product, please contact email@example.com.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift with purchase products cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
The product has arrived damaged or it is not what I expected
If the purchased product is faulty or you feel it is not as advertised, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
